Labour day paintings

less painted Subjects

moving Along with my urban landscapes motif. This here is an extreme example of me exploring my Dirtier side.
Done late evening on location with some touch ups done back in the studio. Yes thats real dirt in the paint. I just had to try it out!

Painting in the park


Here is an 8"x10" Oil sketch Of Paul painting in the shade of a Tree. The work was completed over two visits. A second trip was needed to correct the color temperatures Which were slightly off do to the fact I painted in the shade. . Something to think about next time.
